KAREN ROHRER

Born and raised in Manitowoc, Karen earned a BA in Finance from St. Norbert College and led the formation efforts for Treehouse Theater in 2012.  As the face of Treehouse, she is driven to continue providing an inclusive, family-friendly youth arts program that is constantly improving and expanding. Karen guides all instruction to ensure that each student has the ability to develop invaluable life skills while participating in performances that consistently exceed audience expectations.

JEANETTE GREENWOOD KANE

Jeanette holds a Doctorate in Organizational Behaviors and Leadership, along with an MBA in Finance, and BA in Political Science, accompanied by over a decade of experience within finance management.  Living her life’s mission of being a servant leader has led her to previously serving on the board of directors for the United Way of Manitowoc County and as board treasurer for The Haven of Manitowoc County.

ERIN NYCZ

​Erin earned degrees in English and Theater from UW-Madison and has 15 years of experience working as a professional actor and arts educator.  Her greatest role to date is being mom for two daughters and she is thrilled to be back home in Manitowoc.  Erin is excited to continue building an arts education program that nurtures a lifelong pursuit and enjoyment of the arts.

RACHEL DANAY

Rachel has an extensive background in community and youth theater, as a performer and while serving on 25+ production teams as a choreographer and costumer. She is a Special Education teacher for MPSD, having earned a degree in Communication Processes - Public Relations from UWGB and currently working on a Masters degree in Education with emphasis in Trauma and Resilience.

Beth is a proud alumna of Treehouse Theater, happily married to another alum, and mother to two young children. Having recently returned to the lakeshore area, Beth is pursuing her Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership. She is passionate about the positive impact that live theater provides for students and is looking forward to serving the next generation!

JOHN IANNITELLO

Facility Manager

​

John has helped to build most of the Treehouse sets since 2012 and is a founding Board member.  His wife Margaret and their seven children have all participated in numerous Treehouse productions.
